The purpose for which the corporation is organized shall be the encouragement of good sportsmanship, to practice and teach good sportsmanship, to members and the general public. To teach the proper care and safe use of firearms. To develop close relationships between members including, honesty, good sportsmanship, disciple, camaraderie, self reliance, and cooperation.

Formed in 1960, The Antler Club of Lucinda has been continuously growing. Located in the village of Lucinda, Clarion County. Its membership is over 400 members.
